She charged more than what the website said for a haircut and the layers are not blended. Specifically told her i part my hair on the side and it looks like she cut the layers i part my hair in the middle. The entire front right side is very choppy. The layers are not blended well and a good chunk of the front right is like a chin length bob. I also felt like she was ripping my hair out with the brush. Instead of gently brushing out a small knot, it felt like she was just yanking it out with the brush. Will not be going back.

Very disappointed with my hair results i didn’t even want to stay in the salon for that much longer. and I’m not like the type to be rude and come out to someone’s face And make them seem like a horrible person, but I’m just genuinely stating how I truly felt in my salon experience the lady was nice but she was way too rough with my thick curly hair. i felt my hair ripping everytime she was brushing it (my hair doesn’t fall out everytime i brush it because im always careful) and promised me my highlights were going to turn out BLONDE and i specifically said i don’t want no orange or yellow. if she couldn’t do that she could’ve said it and tell me that it’s gonna be multiple sessions instead of getting my hopes up knowing the base of my hair was already a brown. i understand that doing blonde on already box dyed hair is not easy and can come out patchy. but that’s why i thought she was going to do a test strand to see how it lifts because ill rather wait more than get my hair done than not be satisfied. but she insisted there was no reason too because she’s going to see how my hair picks up anyways when she bleaches my whole head with highlights and since she’s the hair dresser i trusted her to do what’s right to my hair so it doesn’t come out patchy, yellow, or orange. and i started noticing more that my hair was patchy when i was analyzing it at my house which it why i didn’t say anything at the salon then I was realizing the only light part of my hair is only on the top, which is why I thought it came out OK at first.

This is an absolutely stunning hair salon. Cozy, comfortable, and family oriented. The salon is extremely neat, clean, and the aesthetics are on point. Marina did an incredible job cutting my hair and one of the last reasonably priced places to get your haircut nowadays. If you’re a guy looking to get your haircut, and like a scissor cut on top, she’s your girl! Phenomenal job all the way around and would highly recommend to anybody.
